Data we collect from registered users :

An email address is not required unless you specify it. It then can be used to make a lost password request. If your email address is not specified, a user account with a lost password will be lost for ever (our support service does not retrieve lost accounts or lost passwords.) The data we store only concerns usernames, passwords (encrypted versions), expiration dates, and emails if you specified it. We do not sell or give away theses informations.

We store data from the payment provider such as the payment method you used, the amount you paid, the chosen currency and date of payment. We will never store your credit card or any personal informations. We do not store any of your billing information on our servers. All remaining information is stored by a third party payment provider who is contractually obligated to keep all data confidential.

Information we collect from the website :

We collect analytics of our website without the use of any third party (like Google Analytics). We have our own analytical service. We do not sell this data and keep it on our servers.

Information we collect from our Cloud servers:

We do not collect any information on user activity, user IP addresses, user bandwidth usage, nor user log-in/log-out times. We do on the other hand collect information on raw bandwidth usage of ours server so that we can optimize our service in order to provide the best possible speed to our customers.
